International Exchange: Coordination CRH Welcome Isabel and Vivien to Belgium!
For two weeks, we had the pleasure of welcoming Isabel (from Spain) and Vivien (from Greece) to one of our centers. These two youth workers had the opportunity to meet and join the staff at CRH Loryhan. It was a fortnight filled with meaningful exchanges, learning, and, above all, positive energy.
During their stay, Isabel and Vivien were able to get an up-close look at our work and understand how we involve young people in our projects as well as how we work directly with them. Conversely, we also had the chance to see how they interacted with the young people and observe their own ideas being put into practice.
These exchanges are always interesting and rich in learning. They offer an incredible opportunity to reinvent our methods and open young people’s eyes to the world around them.
This dynamic enriches our support for young people, creates memorable encounters, and fosters harmonious integration through new approaches to youth work.
Hosting and participating in international projects is an integral part of our goals, and this exchange has only strengthened our motivation to continue in this direction!
