Greece Final Event: Reconnect with Nature
EKO Greece Reconnected to Nature for ECHOES
EKO Greece organised a local ECHOES event on 29 April 2026 with 24 participants and representatives from three organisations: Youthpath AMKE, EUROTraining and ProNούς ΑΜΚΕ. The event introduced participants to the ECHOES project’s approach to youth participation, democratic engagement, climate awareness and sustainable action. The programme started with a welcome and introduction session, followed by the gamified “Mission Impossible” activity, where participants worked together on different challenges designed to encourage teamwork, problem-solving and active participation.
After a short break, participants joined two parallel sessions: “Escape Europe” and the “Workshop of Democratic Dialogue”. These sessions offered different ways to explore European themes, civic participation and democratic dialogue through interactive and non-formal methods. The event also included a virtual activity on “Alternatives to Fast Fashion”, helping participants reflect on sustainable fashion practices and the environmental and social impacts of the clothing industry. The activity ended with a feedback and networking session, allowing participants to share their impressions and close the event in an informal atmosphere.
